Old Korea Captured

Korea60s-12

As readers know I have around 20,000 snaps of Seoul and South Korea which document my three years here. I’m still trying to discover new places and with that in mind tomorrow after a spa, scrub and massage I’ll visit Janganpyeong Antiques Market with FOBY. On Sunday I’m heading out to North-East Seoul and the relatively new Buk Seoul Museum of Art. I’m running out of weeks now as on the 4th January I’ll be flying to Chiang Mai in Thailand to study for my CELTA and two weeks after that a 2 day Winter Camp will be my final hurrah in South Korea. Then what’s to come? Well my seven week adventure through, China, Mongolia and Russia on the Trans-Siberian Railway, followed by the Czech Republic, Germany, Holland, France and finally Old Blighty.

Whilst reviewing my visits to Seoul and searching for any remaining places to visit I found this link and its so interesting to see how Seoul and Korea has changed in the last 50 years.
